FAQ's

Below are a list of FAQ's, along with some general information.

When do I need to send out my wedding stationery?

Save the Dates

Typically sent out 6-8 months before. For destination weddings, they can be sent out up to 12 months before to give guests plenty of time.

Invitations

Invitations are traditionally sent out 3-4 months before the wedding. For destination weddings, this should be at least 6 months in advance.

How many should I order?

You will only need to order one invitation per family and couple.

When should we make the rsvp deadline date?

This should generally be 4-6 weeks before your wedding. Venues and caterers may need final numbers earlier than this time, so we recommend checking with your venue / caterer before deciding the date. (Don’t forget, this may also alter the time you need to send out your invitations!)

How many spare should I order?

This is a personal choice, however, we would suggest ordering 10% of your total order quantity for spares. This will allow for any last minute guest changes, add-ons (and also if you would like to keep one for yourselves!). Ordering a very small amount at a later date will be more expensive, so it is recommended to order spares.

What is included in a sample pack?

2 items from the range you have ordered will be sent. We cannot guarantee which two items will be sent, but if there is a particular item you would like, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to fulfil your request. Samples are not personalised.

I have ordered wedding stationery from a studio collection. What do I do next?

Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch for your wording and colour choices. Once confirmed, we will then begin working on your stationery and send over pdf proofs in 1-2 working days.
