Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days (10 working days) from date of sending to the client. Quotes are valid for stationery to be designed, printed and delivered within 8-10 weeks. On-the-day stationery quotes will not be provided more than 3 months in advance. Our pricing section can provide guideline prices.

Proofs
Once your order has been placed, and your details have been sent across, we will begin working on your pdf proofs and send to you within 2-3 working days.

Your order includes two rounds of revisions. Each set of revisions, if required, will be sent to you within 2-3 working days.

All proofs are in pdf format. If you would like a printed proof, this can be arranged and will be quoted on an individual basis.

Additional revisions
All orders include two rounds of design changes. Each additional round after this time will be charged at £45 per revision.

Colours
Colours on screen will vary slightly to the printed version. Colours may also vary between the print runs at different times. For example, on-the-day stationery printed at a later date, even though the colours may be the same, the different print run may result in a difference in colour to your invitations.

Timelines
All stationery timelines will be provided to you, the client, before any work is started. Please note, timelines may change due to circumstances out of our control, such as printer delays, delivery delays, or sickness. Any changes will be communicated with you, the client.

As a guideline, please allow 4-6 weeks from the time your order is confirmed to delivery. (this is a guideline only and will vary depending on each client’s requirements and order.)

Please allow 10 working days for digital printing, and 10-15 working days for foil printing.

Rush Orders
Any stationery required within 14 days (10 working days) will have an additional £35 rush fee. This is provided we have the availability to accommodate rush orders at the time, and will be confirmed with you before any work is started.

Reprints
Before sending to print, you, the client, will be sent final artwork pdf proofs to sign off for printing. Once sent to print, no further changes can be made or mistakes rectified. Reprints due to client’s error will be the responsibility of the client to pay for.

Client errors include incorrect spelling and/or grammar, phone numbers, website urls, addresses, emails, or any other text.

Reprints due to our error will be at no cost to you, the client.

Additional invitations at a later date
We always advise you, the client, to order 5% - 10% of the total quantity (or between 5-10 invitation sets) as spares. If you require a small quantity of additional invitations at a later date, this will incur a fee of £35, plus the cost of each invitation.

Payment
A 50% non-refundable design fee will be payable once you, the client, confirm your order, and before any work is started. The remaining 50% will be payable before sending to print, and when all artwork is approved by you, the client.

Once your final proofs have been sent and approved by you, your final invoice will be sent for payment. Once payment has been received, your stationery will be sent to print.

Cancellations
Your order may be cancelled by you, the client, for any reason, providing your order has not been sent to print. Please note, this will result in the loss of your non-refundable design fee, unless otherwise agreed by, and at the discretion of Dimitria Jordan.

If your order has already been approved and sent to print, your order cannot be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Postponements
If your wedding is postponed for any reason, your order will be honoured at the new date.

Any prices will remain the same as agreed for your original date, providing your new date is within 12 months. After 12 months, and if our prices have changed within this time, you may be charged an additional cost based on the rate of inflation.

If your wedding is postponed, and then cancelled at a later date, please see above regarding cancellation.

Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of wedding stationery, we do not offer refunds. We work closely with you at every stage to ensure you are 100% happy with your wedding stationery, as well as ask you to approve designs during the design process, as well as before sending to print.
