Process

Step 1
Getting to know you
The first stage is to arrange a video consultation with me (click here). During this time we will discuss how you envision your wedding stationery. If you’re unsure at this stage, we will go through the designs and colours and see what you like and don’t like (as this is just as useful in making your decisions!). Any samples will also be sent to you at this stage.

Step 2 – Let’s begin!
You’ve decided on your colours, design and cardstock and it’s time to begin your wedding stationery journey with me!
At this stage, you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the total order fee. If quantities, or any other details change after this payment, this will be reflected in your final invoice.

Step 3 – Your wording
Once payment has been received, you will be asked to send across all your wording for your stationery suite. If you have ordered printed envelopes, the names and addresses of all your guests will also need to be sent over the this stage. You will then be booked in and your proofs designed!

Step 4 – Your pdf proofs
Your pdf proofs will be sent to you between 2-3 working days of receiving your wording. If you have ordered personalised invitations and/or personalised envelopes, you will receive proofs of each item, to ensure you can check the spelling clearly before sending to print.

Printed proofs can be ordered for an additional cost if you prefer a printed version.

Step 5 – Changes
If you would like any changes, these will be discussed at this stage. Changes will be made a pdf proofs resent in 2-3 working days of receiving them.
Two rounds of changes are included with your order. And additional changes after this (although this is rarely required) will be £35 per revision.

Step 6 – Final approval & payment
All your pdf proofs will be sent to you for final approval. This is the final check-over before signing off and sending to print, so it is advised to have another family member or friend to also have a check of all your spelling, grammar, addresses, as well as any other information such as emails or website url’s.

Once final approval has been given, your final invoice will also be sent through for payment.

Step 7 – Sent to print!
Once final payment has been received, your artwork will be finalised and sent to print! Please note, no further changes can be made once sent to print, so please make sure you are 100% happy.

Step 8 – Signed, sealed, delivered
Once your wedding stationery arrives from the printers, we will be in touch to confirm your delivery address and estimated dispatch and delivery date. It is all checked over, and lovingly packaged up with care. Your order is dispatched to you with confirmation of a delivery date, with tracking details sent.
